Force Majeure
Events outside Cerberus Pest Control’s’ control, control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Cerberus Pest Control is released from Cerberus Pest Control's obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment:
All products remain Cerberus Pest Control's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Cerberus Pest Control.
All transfers conducted through Cerberus Pest Control are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Cerberus Pest Control shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact and we will assess the problem, and accordingly either replace or refund the product.
SHIPPING:
Shipping Charge is Variable depending on the weight of the item purchased.
Please note that 99% of our packages are delivered within the specified times given, however we cannot accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or distress caused as a result of a package not arriving on time. We use a third party courier, however on rare occasions human error or adverse weather will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We appreciate your understanding.
Force Majeur:
Cerberus Pest Control shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Cerberus Pest Control or Cerberus Pest Control’s suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.
Returns:
If you are returning any goods which are damaged/defected or wrongly delivered, we will be happy to refund the item or exchange it. In the event of a refund we will be happy to refund the cost of the delivery of your order. Please note the following important points in relation to the return of damaged or defective products:
You must notify us of damage or defect within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original packaging with all labels still intact.
